Packages are shipped from the United States. International rates will effect international shipments. A $3.50 handling fee is added to the freight total.

Shipping

Shipping is provided through the UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery service. Orders received before 1:00 CST will be shipped the same day. All orders including expedited shipping not placed before the shipping cutoff will not ship until the next day. If your order is placed after the cutoff shipping time on Friday or on the weekend the order will not be shipped until Monday or the next business day if a holiday. Expedited shipping is also available.

USPS (United State Postal Service) days in transit are an estimate given by USPS and cannot be guaranteed by Roaming Gnome Store.

International Shipping

Please be advised the customer is responsible for all custom duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. When ordering from RoamingGnomeStore.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and we do not calculate any taxes or duties for your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to determine the charges.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If a parcel is returned because of non payment of duty tax, the credit back to the credit card will be minus the SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE.

Returns

At Dei Rossi Marketing we want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we'll accept returns from you within 30 days of delivery of product.

On all returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs. Follow these three steps:

• E-mail customer service and inform us which products you would like to return. The customer service department will e-mail you a return confirmation.
• Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the e-mail sent to the customer service department as well as a copy of the return confirmation e-mail you receive.
• Send your purchase back to the address listed below by any method you wish. You will be responsible for the cost of this shipping.

• Immediately after we have received and inspected your package your refund will be processed, less the original shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelle if shipments have not been processed.  If a shipment has already been processed please use the return policy above.  Orders cancelled before shipment will be with no additional cost to customer.
